2024 Tuition & Fees Schedule

Waitlist Application & Fee:

A $30 fee holds space for your child during this time with anticipation of the child starting on their ideal start date.

Paperwork for the waitlist will be sent to families a month before their anticipated start date.

If you are on our waitlist, we will check in monthly to update you on teacher hires and classroom openings.

Registration: $100 non-refundable.

Paperwork will be sent to the family to complete before the start date.

Once enrolled…

Each family will receive the parent handbook & Enrollment paperwork.

Late Payment Charge: $10 per day for payments not received before Monday at 8 am for the upcoming month’s payment if not submitted before the first of the month.

Sick Policy: Please let me know if your child is ill. If your child has a fever of 100.5 or higher the parent will be notified and expected to pick their child. If you have questions please review the parent handbook.

Vacation Policy: Please let me know which week your child will be out of school a month in advance.

Hours of Operation: 8 am to 5 pm - Monday - Friday

Snow Day Policy: Follow the Denver Public School schedule.

Monthly Calendar

This year we will be following Valdez’s school calendar.

August

Enrollment/registration opens on the 1st.

We will start school following the DPS schedule on the 18th.

September

We will be closed on Labor Day.

October

We will be celebrating Indigenous People’s Day at school

We will be celebrating Halloween at school!

We will have a community gathering; please ask for more details.

November

Miss Hannah’s Birthday is on the 18th.
